This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of asphalt paving
operations who takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.
● Operate equipment used in paving activities.
● Work closely with the crew and foreman to ensure safe, efficient, and
consistent paving results.
● Inspect and maintain equipment before and after use.
● Follow all company and job site safety protocols.
● Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of asphalt paving experience preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
● Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing conditions.
● Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

● Work closely with project managers to ensure estimates align with client
goals.
● Stay current with industry pricing and construction methods.
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of estimating experience in grading or paving.
● Knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and equipment.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
